I balloted but got lousy number. I am very bullish on that area.

as usual marketing gimmick when they said starting is 21xx, i look at price list most of the units are 24-25xx

It's really not cheap, and v comparable to TG. Of course Blossom is in a great area and way nearer to MRT than TG.......

TG is kinder in the pricing for the different stacks. Big gap for the better stack vs road-facing stack for Blossom

Anyway just saw the chart… 1BR 100% gone, 2BR almost finished. 3BR better stack almost gone, road-facing stack which is cheaper is half gone, DK half gone. 4BR park facing stack half gone, the road facing one almost not moving.

This shows no one can predict market unless it's on hindsight. Dairy farm residences people say lousy but first subsale indicated otherwise

One north people are bullish due to commercial node but I don't see any subsale yet for ONE. Some may say it's due to SSD period but I see some projects selling in 3rd year with good profits like Ki, Parc clematis, LINQ
