Life’s tough, when the price is ok, there will be something else not ok . 265 units not that bad ar, not ideal but not too small either.. looks like there’s a full 50m lap pool from the photos I see.

Quite disappointed by the layout actually… The block already so regular shape the units still can draw until like that 3BR still okie save for that extra bit of corridor space

I went there ssrr before. A lot of loft leh, only good for rental. But indeed that location is great. Star vista and Rochester area is the best example of an atas area with a mall that isn't very crowded, unlike jurong/paya lebar/Bishan etc.

Heh they have quite a number of 2BR and 3BR actually. The layout is squarish and the 2BR is huge at 1200-1300 sqft (though you can argue the balcony is big too but I’m balcony lover so…. )

Food wise also enough choices, if you feel rich can go One Rochester area, if you want cheap can go to the Ghim Moh or Holland market
