For UOB, they put first 10k, next 10k etc. Wording is different. I guess we will know when we get the interest.

Ya, lets see the interest next month, hope it's not tiered interest like UOB.
Btw, their interest only credit by 15th business day, that's super late, even later than 360, there are only about 22 biz day a month, that means if got public holiday, nearly end of month than can get interest, like frank rebates alrdy:(

spend 20 min trying to activate my token.....call in helpdesk and tell them I have a problem activating my token. the guy who picked up my call told me that he will be able to help you. went through the verification process. after that he tell me, no I wont be able to help you. you have to call the retail hotline (also open 24 hour) to do it....zzzz, why in the first place need to verify me if unable to do it?

than call in the number they give me. the customer service said my token already activated....no wonder I cant seem to activated. does the bank help u to activate token? first time I hear that

If you get the token directly from bank, it is already activated. If you get it through mail post, then you need to activate it.

Most of the banks send token by post, so we usually need to activate it.
