Paying of any 2 credit cards (from any bank) via BOC ibanking, fulfils 2 of 3 bill payments (requirement to get the bill payment bonus interest of 0.6% p.a).

My HR is asking for the bank brand and code. I believe that is no more applicable as now there is swift code which replaces the code and branch.

Yes correct, DBS giro form from employer. I am wondering if SALA will be shown when using the dbs ideal payroll system (ibanking) rather than submitting through physical giro form.

No experience on this but I don't see how BOC will know the GIRO using form is for salary crediting. Logically need to use GIRO payroll. Maybe someone with HR/finance experience can help.

Sorry if this is off-topic, but I can't seem to find any info here or on the BOC site itself.

With regard to the MCS account which the SmartSaver feature is pegged to, the website says it "is a statement-based consolidated account covering both local currency and nine foreign currencies".

Anyone knows which are the 9 foreign currencies?

I wish to deposit some USD into the account. Does it remain as USD or will it be converted to SGD? Any advice from the experienced folks here would be greatly appreciated
