TQ ... just realised why i didn't open accounts with BOC, their Online banking needs to install software to access, don't really like this arrangement ...

Also, I have no Admin rights on company PC

no need install anything when using google chrome. And there's mobile banking.

Have you checked your account whether the transaction went through?

Previously I've received SMS code, but yesterday I didn't and it reflected as successful on AXS. You're not alone on this haha

Oic. No issue for me when I did the same. Is it reflected as successful as mention by eDisFied. If the issue persist guess need to call the bank to resolve it.

I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I tried to search this thread and couldnt find any details on how to download the mobile app.

Can anyone guide me on how to download it? For iOS please - thanks!

u r right. Just left branch. Have to sign an update form for backroom to do maintenance, cannot be done at branch, need 3 working days.

The question was using debit card to pay bill via ibanking is considered spending to fulfil the $500 soending requirement?

Not sure if it can be used on ios, the "boc mobile banking" app is in google play. Need to go to internet banking and activate the mobile banking service, which ask you to set user id and password for mobile banking. If you want login using sms otp instead of token, need to go bank to set up sms otp.
