Can I quickly check with you guys if you are able to add new payees from the e-banking portal at this moment, or is it just me? I encountered an error that doesn't allow me to do so.

You need to login with token, not OTP SMS. Only then would you be allowed to add payees.
My bad, solitudinal and sbs199. I was confused if I actually needed to follow the steps in the 'Activate and bind eToken' button as a first-time user. So I tried logging in via SMS first.
Thing is, all along, the OTP function is available on my eToken. So maybe the bank's staff has did that for me as I'm able to add payees, etc now. So essentially, I just needed to change my user name and password.
Apologies for the silly error, guys.
Do check out their credit cards as well - sometimes you get a nice promotion going on. I was offered a "Spend $100 get $80 cashback promotion" so I signed up for their cards on the spot too.
Can I check with the masters here, my first month receiving salary with my BOC account.
The transaction is classed as "Local Clearing And Inward Remittance", with the description "SALA". Does this mean the Salary requirement is fulfilled? My company uses OCBC GIRO Payroll![]()
I'm a frequent online purchase user. Sometimes use card for movies and groceries.
Do BOC card well received? I mean like for e.g. during GSS or IT show, do they offer better/extra benefit etc...

Hi all, I received a 50cents credit on 1 Oct. Which interest comes in the first of the month? Anw, also received around $19 interest on 30 Sep, I am guessing that is the base interest of 0.4%
NoteL 50cents credit is named as inward transfer. maybe it's not interest...

Can use boc mobile banking app.
1. Activate the mobile banking via the online banking, which require you to set the username and password for mobile banking.
2. Download the app from google play store or apple app store. And login using the username and password you set.
