Just to confirm bill payment (pay other credit card bill) by AXS e-station using BOC Debit Mastercard would only qualify for the $500 monthly spending and not the pay 3 bills criteria right ? Thanks.

I went into iBanking (website) with a view to activating this mobile banking service, and when I click on Service Setting > Mobile Banking Services, this message appears:

"Dear customer, you have enabled mobile banking service. You will not be able to log in mobile banking after closing this function!"

I'm not sure what to do next....

Just a reminder, you need to go to internet banking (website version) and activate the mobile banking service, which will ask you to set user id and password for mobile banking.

If you want login using sms otp instead of token, need to go bank to set up sms otp.

Does that mean your account balance is about $44,250?

Only 50k and above qualify for 0.4% base interest.
$20k and above but below 50K is 0.35%

then your may have opened your account on 5th Sep. Your account is 26 days old, so 50000 *(0.4/365*26)% is about 14.24 +

I've been trying to do cash deposit into BOC ATM deposit machines but always get an error message that the ATM Service is not available now. Tried it at 2 different branches with the same result. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi all.

I am using the mobile banking app and I logged in using e-token however I can't add new bill payee. The page just becomes white blank after I tried to add new billing organization.

Is it mobile banking cannot add new billing organization at all?

Don't really need to link unless you want to see debit card transaction online or change the sms alert limit

Not possible. Currently can only use uob cards for the GTM

You cannot use debit MasterCard for topup however you can apply for auto reload for your EZ-Link card. This will be counted towards the $500 card spend.
