how it can be better:
uob one saving average for $75k is only 2.43% interest
uob one cc for $500 or $1000 monthly only give 3.33% rebate

Erm, give you 1 case study, you calculate and proof me wrong the.

Profile:
$2500 salary credit to bank account
Can pay 3 bills (S$30 or more for each bills per month)
Spend $500-$800 CC
Bank account have S$80k balance

BOC Smart Saver = (A) Interests that you can earn based on above profile
UOB ONE = (B) Interests that you can earn based on above profile

A or B More $? Answer is obvious.

What's the sweet spot figure to save in this account? 60k and nothing more?

I am considering other alternative account on top of this since the new requirement I may not be able to hit the max interest. Keeping my salary credit and pay 3 bills. Should still fetch 1.95 without issue.

If you meet the requirement of at least one criteria, any amount above $60k will be 1% so similar to CIMB.

Unless you looking for other alternatives.

The new app is sh*t.

Statement for EliteMiles card only shows in foreign currency, not SGD.

WTF!

Thanks

If I going to transfer out my spending of boc card to some other bank cards, what’s the best alternative account with highest interest without crediting salary?

In my statement I only see
Bonus interest- salary credit and card spend.
I don’t see bonus interest-payment.

But I see “INTEREST”

Can someone help me understand if interest means bonus interest for payment or something else? Cos I definitely make bill payments. All my cc bills/telco/utilities I pay via BOC I banking.

Also, is their calculations mostly accurate? I’m not about to call them every month to confirm these amounts.

Thanks!

Are all 3 bill payment amounts above $30 and made in Oct ?

So far calculations correct for me.

Interest that is credited on last day of the month is the base interest. If you met the bonus interest criteria, those bonus interests will be credited same day around 2nd week or mid of the month.
You pay bill 3x each $30 and above?
