Yeah if credit card bill is included definitely all above $30. Telco also $39. Utilities also above $30

In online banking, those bill payment transactions ( not by GIRO), the transaction type is Outward Transfer. Do you got these and all 3 payment with transaction and value date in Oct?
All paid from smart saver account not charge to cc right? If all correct then need to call hotline to find out.

agree, make sure they are charged from smart saver account, not charge to cc

2.3 If an Account Holder holds more than one MCS Account as the main account holder, only

Hi,

You need to login with their mobile banking username and password. It's not the same as their internet banking.

If you do not have, you can login to the internet banking and apply for their mobile banking under service setting. There is an option to activate mobile banking there

Is it just me or is fingerprint/face authentication not supported for android phones for the new BOC mobile banking app? I know Face ID works on the iOS version (iPhone X.)

suddenly faceID for my iPhone XR is no longer available when logging in. It worked well a couple weeks back, but now no longer available and I have to key in my password.

anyone knows what happens if I set the billing org as scb but input Dbs cc number? I made a payment in the above scenario and boc tell me they cannot do anything. They also not sure where the funds go to, scb or dbs
