Thanks for replying. So I called up BOC customer service just now, at 3.15 pm. CSOfficer said will get back to me in 2 work days. I'll update here again. I wonder why they didn't give me the bonus interest

Is there a reason u prefer to open the account at the branch
I did it online. It's simple and fast using Singpass. Try it!

Bcos opening for someone who is not tech savvy and needs someone to explain better and dont wish to use singpass and will be going to a branch to link my credit card to online banking anyway.

How long does it take to process and ready to deposit into the account?

lol, bad agent. If you look at the TnC, nothing there suggests Grab topup is excluded.

Does Supersaver give 2 interest like Smartsaver? Base interest on month-end and the bonus interest next mid-month?
