BOC debit card with AXS? I called BOC a few weeks ago about this. They were very enthusiastic about this issue. Call me back a few times to get the details. But in the end they said it is not about my card, it is about their system and the AXS system. The last CSO who called said their IT team said there is a timeout in the transaction and hence fail. But they cannot do anything about it....

Agree. I also lodged the problem to them few months back (when I was faced with the issues). At that point people were saying I did not try hard enough.

They were helpful as well. However they say there is nothing they could do.

Anyway on subsequent days I try it works. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. If on a day I try 3 times it doesn't work.i will just wait till next day. Different days different result.

Not really an IT issue I belive. It seems AXS might have made things difficult for BOC. I called AXS and was told no BOC debit card was accepted for AXS.

But it actually din accept on its AXS machines, somehow eAXS can?

Yes eAXS accept any mastercard issued in Singapore

Sorry I cannot find it, think I remembered wrongly. There is scheduled bill payment but no scheduled transfer.

Yep, Banks count interest based on no. of days in month / 365 days * p.a. interest rate

My extra savings interest seem to be off. Supposed to be 0.6% but when I worked it out, seems to be 0.51% only. Not sure why.
