Just had issue with BOC Account. I’m unable to Fast transfer any money into the account. Tried with Maybank and UOB: both transactions not successful

I managed to FAST to my BOC smartsaver account from DBS

the interest is in today? its earlier?
i rmbr last month, was mid mth, before it was credited.

but i only got 2 x sets of interest, instead of 3.

U can use the bulk download at the bottom right to download the excel file to calculate the ADB, then u can calculate which bonus is missing. If not check the transactions see u missed any requirement.

i didnt know they have this feature. cool..

i just d/l it.
the csv file format doesnt seem to accept formulae for sum and avg?
do we need to convert the format to something else?

also, how to calc the ADB? since there is no closing balance for those days with no transaction?

Save it as xls or xlsx then can do formula calculate. The days without transaction will have balance same as the previous transaction day's balance.

Hi guys, for the bank interest card spend criteria, Top up for ezlink and nets flash pay etc should qualify right
