Is it me or BOC's website is so difficult to obtain info?

I am trying to find out more of their credit cards benefits to determine whether this SmartSaver will works for me, can't seemed to find in-depth T&C of the individual cards.

So question, are all BOC credit cards spending accumulated for tabulation of SmartSaver? I am more interested in the Sheng Siong CC, any link to the full details of this card?

Also can I confirm that the interest rate will be as follow:
1) Sal (>6k) - 0.5%p.a.
2) Pay 3 x $30 via IB bill payment function - 0.3%p.a.
3) CC ($500) - 0.3%p.a.
4) Base interest - 0.15%p.a.
So total will be 1.25%p.a. for 80k of fund?

Usually they get in touch by phone to confirm closure of the bank account, 3 working days after receiving the letter at their HQ.
