Is it possible to pay Citibank credit card bills through BOC? Didn't see an option for it when looking through the list of billing organizations within the BOC app.

Don't know why Citibank so special. BOC and even DBS cannot pay their bills. Only Citibank cannot. All other banks ok

It doesn't matter as far as I know, because Citibank Singapore credit cards can be paid by FAST. Therefore, as long as you can schedule a FAST transfer out from BOC to Citibank, you're in business. I would argue that FAST is superior to Bill Pay: one doesn't have to schedule the transfer a day or two in advance to be on the safe side, and the credit is instantaneous.

those that notice this is more due to the extra interest/rebates or unlocking requirements for doing so, not so much for the lightning quick speed of FAST or what. Citi has been the outlier for donkey years and don't rely on Citi for clocking the requirements when i do use BOC in the past.
