Hi guys, i am selling a brand new mechertecher. I have 2 L sizes and 2 M sizes. I am selling it for about $100 while at market price is selling at about $200 odd. The quality of it is SUPERB and it is definitely a bargain buy. For those bowling enthusiast, you should know better than i do.

So if you are interested, please get back to me at 97277781.

spin bowling example.. normally uses 11lb balls. 12lb for SOME.

the 2 taiwanese bowlers and Jennifer tan from singapore are some of the reowned spin bowlers in the region :D

for hoook, nromally uses 13-16lb balls.. examples from PBA, USA :)

I have been bowling for a few years with house ball. Thought of buying a ball and a pair of shoes as i can bowl at a cheap price at my club. Anyone can tell me where i can get a good bargain? i don mind second hand ball. Usually with house ball i will stand nearer to the right side and my ball will usually go straight at 1st and spin to the left. This is something like hook right? please advice.

Thanks in advance!

You might want to check out http://www.u-bowling.com.sg for good bargains. I suggest you get a polyester ball package (should cost around 140-160 maybe, lost touch with the current price) since you will be getting used to the fingertip ball. It is ok to continue throwing from right and make sure u get the pocket consistently. Do that for about a year, then switch to reactive ball. You might want to do a bit of research in google on the difference between polyester balls and reactive balls. From then onwards, your ball will defintely hook more than u expect. Morale of the story - Slowly progress from house ball to polyester, then to reactive (mid perf ball) and lastly reactive (high perf ball). Try not to rush to a reactive ball immediately as it may affect your basics.

Btw, dont worry about changing too many balls as next time you might be able to use your polyester ball as your spare ball. Cos when u switch to reactive ball next time, lane conditions will affect how your ball moves down the lane. At that time, polyester ball will be useful for spares as it will not react to the lanes as much.

i also bought a whitedot (polyester) then progressed to mid lvl reactive ball.. then higher end ones...

but if u wan to hook.. can get a entry lvl hook ball..

ebonite tornado, columbia300 scout , Storm's Tropical are some entry lvl hook balls u can ask pro shops about.. :)
