hihi,any idea how much this ball cost in the market?this ball is it suitable for learning hook?i have been bowling straight with a slight curve in towards the end for sometime.I wanted to learn how to hook a ball.is that suitable?

Brunswick power groove 12lbs..

12lbs is too light for guys.
most guys can handle 14lbs easily. You can +2lbs of your normal house ball weight.

power groove is good for beginners .is around $180 - $210, inclusive drilling.
package for entry ball, shoes and bag starts from $220 - $260.

If not you can consider mid level ball, which is $200 - $270.

yesterday i try the house ball at safra mt faber and i think 12 is ok with me..so does that mean for personalise,i can go up to 14 lbs?house ball 14lb i cannot though..

yeah,becus of the span of ur fingers, personal ball will be alot more comfortable as it is custom made to fit ur finger's span.
thus not much strength is needed to hold the ball..
so holding a 14lbs personal ball will be as good as holding a 12 lbs house ball..

sure, you can learn how to hook with a power groove cus its a mid reactive ball.
the price, probably for a new one it cost approx $190-$200
But if u buy it at $50 and re plug.. its still worth it.
