Hi, property agent here.
Please don't spread more fear mongering news. Our income will be badly affected. I'm not sure what to eat tonight.

Please be compassionate to our profession. I will eat humble pie for the time being. Thanks.

Lim bei will consolidate all these articles for you to shoot all the positive thinking property agents...

When the sales slow down for a few quarters, the government can always reduce ABSD and raise LTV to boost the market. It has already reduced GLS to cut back on land supplies.

What makes you think that even after reducing ABSD and raise LTV, market will boom again? Hong Kong property market lift all restrictions and still cmi. Must be a property agents learn from some script from the boss 😆

Then why don't they save their own house back in their own turf?
Not sure if u are living under a rock.

There's liquidity controls in their own country, that's why most try to get their assets out.

Sg is probably the only country in the world that balances low taxes, relatively low and stable regulatory oversight, and most importantly is welcoming to PRCs

So its not a free market then?

The Govt pocketing plenty , and it would be political suicide to allow the prices to drop
