Hihi what you mean shiny things?

I mean you're talking about selling 20% of the average daily volume of Asia Pay TV Trust. That is a lot, and it's easily enough to move the market against you as soon as people see you selling.

If you're going to sell that entire lump:

1) Sell it more slowly. Spread it out over a week, unless you see someone on the bid for your entire amount.

2) Don't put all your eggs in one basket. What if APTT announces a profit warning? You've got all your money in one stock and you're going to take a 20% or 30% hit from something you couldn't control.

Icic thinking to sell off and wondering whether cache logistic trusr and solidbuild reit which is the better one please? The yield seems about the same but cache assets like better and more stable.

cache logistic not making profit.
solidbuild P/E Ratio is 414. :s22:

Non of them are better.
