42 & 43 better. Nearer to MSCP, probably sheltered all the way.
Stack 42 faces spa pool while 43 faces social pool. Both up to 4th level available.
Stack 37 & 38 face green lawn.
Though I do not know what is a social pool, stack 43 looks favourable with 42 in 2nd place. Both are nearer to side gate.
Stack 38 gets last place, as west sun will be max.

if not i also want to get that since got high floor left hahahaThe sales there told me the west sun doesn't directly hit stack 6.. will hit at an angle so not so bad... and visionaire will block off a bit if i don't stay so high up. west sun hits stack 15 worst.. but yah substation is my main concern but do the substations in Singapore really cause harmful radiation...? Or noise?

I don't know..i don't really believe what agent says. To me it looks like it will be fully hit by the west sun. Plus if you need to get low floor to avoid the sun might as well go for the better stacks that is left with level 2/3?
And if I remb correctly stack 15 have more sold out than 6. (i always believe there must be a reason for this LOL) if you look at the direction of the west sun hor..for stack 15 the sun will hit mostly the "wall" area, i suppose it's the MBR wall. Rather than into your house. but stack 6 the sun is hitting directly into the house / balcony and windows + it's near substation. Correct me if I am wrong...i also want to have more feedback.

Stack 15's west sun hits the master bedroom walls which will bake the whole room to high heat.
I was just wondering when we stay in HDB where are the substations? Some are at the void deck right? Isn't that nearer?

Doubt there are any discount given by this developer.
Type B1 (89-92sqm) & B2 (87-90sqm) have similar kitchens with access on both ends. Type B4 (82-85sqm) has a yard area after kitchen.
Which type suits you best, considering all are 3 bedders?
Stack 6 has 9 units remaining.....the rest are low levels units (exclude stack 15).
