The Chinese daily evening newspaper has issued a correction about the wrong reporting attributing the fatal fall had occurred at The Brownstone on 9/12/2016.

The accident had occurred at the neighbouring The Visionaire construction site.

Must be a cub reporter.....CMI.

Can't believe that the reporter made such a mistake.
But its a sad case. Hope his family will get adequate compensation.

If household size is small, think a 2 bedders will be suffice.

Just have to buy less things and not clutter the house.

It will definitely be good if we can get a 3 bedders with yard. But also have to look at our finances. Don't want to overstretch ourselves.

If you are planning to have kids, I will suggest getting at least a 3 bedders if your finance allows. Many of my colleagues regretted getting a 2 bedder condo after having 1 or 2 kids. A 3 bedder with a yard will of course be better. ;)

3 rooms have a pretty good size dining area which you can consider full / half height cabinets to store your barang barangs.

Otherwise if you think lateral space is a scarcity, try building upwards using platforms. Don't buy bed frames, build platforms then put mattresses on top. These platforms can store loads of stuff.

As for yard, some rooms have big and small balconies. The small balconies can be used to dry your clothes, leaving the big balcony for leisure / play activities.

Just my two cents.

There is still quite a number of units with yard. Is comparably more expensive is because of the location.
Last time i wana buy BS, but due to only left 3BR (no premium) or low floor + no utility room hold me back till i bought Visionaire!

BS multi-storey carpark is sickening
Gotta carry groceries all the way back from carpark turns me off.

Comparing price, Visionaire stil got plenty of choice units to chose. :)

I am contemplating to purchase one of the 5 remaining 4BR units all Low floor. Any of u have any idea of the rubbish chute location? I understand from V EC the chute is located either opp your unit or 15cm beside your main door...

If I am not wrong, the chute is located in the staircase shelter. You might want to confirm with your agent.

If not wrong, is located at e center i.e. not near units. Check with the agent, they shld be able to show it to u.

Do note they are using pneumatic system which all e rubbish is suck to the main bin centre.

Thanks all for the replies.
I'm meeting up my agent later to ask.
So pneumatic system by sucking to the bin center... Hmm ok not sure what is that I'll Google. So Long chute not facing directly or placed beside any of our main door is good enough. I still can't figure why V EC designer can make such designs...

Should be located at the lift landing area.
Good luck in getting your choice unit.

Some hdb started using the system. Less odour and more clean. Anyway good luck!

Today one of my close colleague expressed her interest in BS left over units for 4 BR type, as she said Northpark (PC at Yishun) is too expensive for her to buy for own stay. Her family doesn't drive hence they heavily depend on public transport. So I told her to consider BS since she still have a chance to buy EC. She asked me why #02-18 is still available, cos both of us can't really see any cons about this stack. The remaining ones (ie. 01-07 is near MSCP) I more or less analyse for her, so this stack 18 seems to be a good choice for her. Welcome any feedbacks so I can let her know soon before its being snapped...

02-18 got West sun.
Plus people avoid low floor stemming from a mentality since hdb days due to stinky garbage trucks.

01-07 near tennis court. Very noisy to hear the rackets hitting the balls on esp if you try to sleep in on a Sunday morning.

I think stack 18 is a good stack. There is a 30m pool in front. Although it a small pool, it will be less crowded as therefore give u more privacy. I was consider #01-18 back then. However, the unit commands quite a high price at ~$817 per psf. Likely, it is one of the remaining good units in line to be snapped up first....
