Hi, must marriage cert be produced upon key collection? Or can we submit within three months after we collect the keys?

One 3 bedroom high floor unit bounced out....Launch price is $747 200 but the buyer who bounced out bought it after the price increase at $754, 400. CDL put it up to sell at $800k.... kenna grabbed up within 2 hrs.... CDL really Kns, really know how to earn $$$...

While part of the cost could be due to market sentiments, part of it is because u are getting the unit nearer to TOP. Those who buy during launch have to wait > 2 years to get their unit so it make sense to get a discount from the developer. This is the same for both EC or private.

Agree.

Similar as HDB flats.

Cost of SOBF will be higher than cost of BTO flats.

The Brownstone has 13 units left, same as The Visionaire where more than 100 were sold after the HPR sold out.

The remaining units at Brownstone may take longer than Visionaire to sell out.
