If parents need to sell their flat as they're co-owner, definitely the take up rate will be lower. 3G is out Liao.

If I didn't get what the unit that I preferred. And I didn't make any selection for this launch... Am I able to apply on the next launch? Any limited chances for selection on BTO/SBF?

Hi need some advice from you all, I am currently a full time student studying in NUS but I am also working as a self employed person, I have my own job outside of studying and I am registered under self employed with CPF Board

When I apply for flat, do I put my occupation as unemployed or self employed?

HDB might penalise you for not turning up for selection which means you would have 2 times to do so, if u chut the same stunt again and they penalise u for both the stunt, you would become a 2nd timer applicant for a period of 1 year from last stunt..

Definately not 50-50. My guess is around 33% 3 room and the rest 4 room.

i am a first timer here, absolutely no experience.. asking the veterens here.

1) Assume launch date is 25May, does it mean that i must be employed for the past 12months of 25May2016 to qualify for AHG SHG?

2) my wife is in the process of applying SPR. Must she be already PR as of 25May2016 launch date?
