we can only hope they will add on BM back on the aug 16 BTO since it has been delay of releasing due to reviewing. no one will know till the aug 16 release..

Very unlikely... No reason for HDB to just specially launch one project.... Anyway they're covered by their disclaimer line ("Please note that this information is preliminary and may be subject to change.") so not like they owe us anything...

How come for this round all the flooring are already provided? I was under the impression that except for the bathroom and kitchen the rest were optional in previous BTOs?

Or am i reading it wrongly?

The SOBF units are actually quite legit man. Had a quick look. Got dawson, toa payoh etc

Even among sobf got price differences one. And the prices depend alot on location. Bedok is quite big and distance to mrt will matter alot

how does hdb determine the delivery date, like for semb project it has approx about 1200units and delivery is nov 2020, but amk project approx 600 units delivery is aug 2021.

only hdb will know when it will be launched. If you really want bukit merah so much can look at the SOBF. quite a few units there.
