If its from tradepac,u could have gotten at $1400. Anyway,what specs u got?

My mouse and keyboard lights remain on after i turn the com off. Does anyone know how to ratify this problem? I read that i have to go to BIOS page but does anyone know how to get there? And there's no sound coming from the computer! Can hear via earpiece but not out loud.
