Can i ask, I'm flying into Busan and out from Seoul.

Planning to go Gyeongju & Daegu also. Not my first time in Busan, but never go Gyeongju & Daegu before. So I was thinking Day 1 - 3 stay in Busan, Day 3 - 6 in Gyeongju & take day trip to Daegu, then remaining in Seoul.

Is it a good arrangement? or actually day trips for Gyeongju & Daegu enough liao?

Day 1 - Busan
Day 2 - Busan
Day 3 - Busan/Gyeongju
Day 4 - Gyeongju
Day 5 - Gyeongju (Daegu Day Trip)
Day 6 - Gyeongju/Seoul
Day 7 - Seoul
Day 8 - Seoul
Day 9 - Seoul

Why not reduce the number of days in Busan/Seoul and spend a longer time in Daegu?

There’s nothing much to see in daegu. My wife is born in daegu, we don’t even go there when we go back to Korea because it’s so boring.

I'm not too sure what to really do in Daegu. Any other cities nearby that can recommend?

Agree seoul can get rather seoul-less , just another city not unsimilar to sinkieland

Stationed there 2 months last year

For Seoul, i wanted to go Mt Seorak. So that will be 1 day. Which leaves me 1 full day in Seoul technically. & i also only have 1 full day in Busan eh

That's what i'm afraid also. from what i'm seeing there's nothing much in Daegu.

How about Jeonju? Or Sokcho since you going to Mt Sorak? Or nearby city Gangneung?

Jeonju sounds like a good idea. But it's either Gyeongju/Jeonju right? you've been to either one?

I’ve been both Jeonju n Gyeongju. U can do both. Gyeongju 1D1N is good enough or make it 2D1N for slow pace travel.
Jeonju can make it 1D1N as well. Last time I took shuttle bus from Seoul to Jeonju and took bus from Jeonju to Busan. The shuttle bus from Seoul to Jeonju run on Friday, Sat n Sunday only. The round trip fare only cost 10k won. If u just want to make a day trip, can use this shuttle bus. If you want to stay overnight also can, but the fare is 10k regardless round trip or 1 way. U google Jeonbuk shuttle bus for more info. They dont run on winter. So depend on ur travel period as well.
