Cos in bolehland if you willing to buy nasi lemak then it is about rm 2.50 per pack.
Singapore cannot beat.

But if caipng then probably around rm 7 to rm 9 so thats about the same cost if not less, with equivalent or more rice and side amounts.

Msia can be cheap, but less healthy. I guess this applies broadly.

Not gonna talk about self cook etc etc thats not in the discussion lol

Again it deepnds if you are in PJ or KL or Muar. COL varies quite widely disregarding if you add fish or a big chunk of braised meat

I remember going to an indian restaurant in little india about 2010s, jiak briyani $9, free rice top up. You can jiak as much rice as you want.
