Planning to hit the gym tomorrow for more work.

Thinking of the following workout

Deadlifts
Standing db curls
Concentration curl
DB fly
Sit up

Advisable for the following even after today's session?

if you're planning daily workouts as and when you feel like it....it is not going to be sustainable in the long run.

Hi,

No la, just so happens that I don't have school tomorrow. don't wanna waste the time.

Was planning to go on Thursday, but since school ended early today, so I went today.

Not sure where to post this, so posting it here!

I'm close to getting a private training, just to correct my forms. Is it advisable? I'm not so sure if I'm doing stuff correctly now, and there's no one to help @ the gym..

If you're interested, i can help you with that, if our schedules match and the gym is relatively close-by.

gym was packed with huge loads of people yesterday. racks and benches were hogged by groups and groups of people.

crap workout yesterday.

db fly 12kg 5x10
bench 40kg 5x5 [ still unable to add 2.5 to each side ]
dumbbell bend over row 12kg 5x10
barbell curl 22.5 5x10
OHP using barbell 22.5 5x10

not feeling any signs of ache/post work out syndromes.

TS, tot of trying rolled oat too. You quite particular about the taste of protein shake, heard that rolled oat also not nice, so far u okay with the rolled oat taste? If I do not bother to cook just pour boiling water over it, is that sufficient or must cook or microwave?

Wah where do u gym sia, like always full of ppl....
if u do not feel ache, maybe u wanna try a heavier weight.
if u can complete 5 sets of 10 without failure mean u can handle more, but some exercises needs spotter if wanna try to go to failure.

It's not that bad la for the shake, just my ahgua whining. The rolled oats is basically.. Tasteless. Even after I added like 2 eggs in. I think boiling water is sufficient. Actually depends on how you like it. Try and find the one you like most.

It's either hougang / sengkang clubfit. Packed after 5, and on the weekends.

I see thanks. As i saw the instruction at the packaging saying gotta cook or microwave thats why wonder if adding boiling water sufficient.

Understand the agony of a crowded gym, especially if your program requires u to toggle between 2 exercise worse, when u are doing one the other might be occupied. so sometimes no choice gotta share, and if u are very strict on rest time then gone case cos by the time the person let u use, u will miss the rest period.

Feeling so refreshed now.

Today was more of a learning than of a typical workout day!

Learned the correct form for all of the SL exercises with the help of frostbyte.

Bench press 45 5x5
Squats 65x5x5
Ohp 27.5 5x5

Thanks again frostbyte!

Squats 70x5x5
Ohp 33.5x5x5 (died @ last set last rep)
Bench press uber crap work out.
First set, 48.5 x 4 rep, died @ last rep
Deload to 45
First set x5
Second set x4, struggling already.
Deload to 40 x 3sets.
Not sure why, either because not enough rest in between or because of no breakfast.
Dumbbell flyes 14x5x8
