eh yes beside the chairman honourable title, whats the benefit? i just wonder why some people willing commit so much time and effort to work for free, its like juggling 2 jobs..unless one is a retiree

Didnt know mcst chairman has that much prestige.
They mainly use their position to allow their friends and relatives companies to bid for condo maintenance projects. It's like grassroots volunteers, if there's no benefit who will do. :s12:

I heard before but hearsay only leh..can't be whole sg the condo chairman all have vested interests
