we can discuss on our echelon and Jervois mansion, former finally start to pick up after stagnating for 10 years, recently saw one at $21xx psf resale.

Haha, I liked echelon but the interest never got far. You buying ah?

JM was special but ballot number cui. Anyway, I didn’t really like the big units orientation even though layout is good. Beside power substation and kenna west sun.

no i only go for valued buys like JM, too bad didnt get a good ballot number. only the substation unit was left when its my turn

its very unusual for a substation unit to be marketed at comparable psf without any discount, and yet was closed within first few days, the developer agent was telling me JM is a go-green concept so the substation has zero adiation and non transmissible waves, not sure real or not.

nowadays very hard to find good buys.

haha yeah. very shiok that she made 2 million in revenue last year

the buyer of the 48 mil CHP is a UHNW. lose money also ok
