I thought the indicative price are crazy. $50m can get a FH GCB alr! And $5,582psf is even higher the South Beach Residence. Faster hoot Landmark Liao… the diff in psf is insane.

I can easily get a high floor Landmark unit for less than $3000psf I believe? W the same splendid view and not too far away from Singapore river.

B) Yesterday released guideline price, shown that it will easily hit average > $3k psf.
If the sale is good, it will likely pull up the surroundings residential and commercial price.
According to industry experts, another 5% to 10% appreciation.

Either way is a win...
