Hard to say, looking at the en blocked fever has likely just started. If next year is the peak plus interest rate hike, sale will not be nice. But then hard to time market. Its depends on Government policies....
No point to take risk now. I got to pay ABSD and the property is in the mils... LOL

I use the money to invest in other investment vehicles better, Safer.

I not aiming one bedder haha. Thinking either the 2 or 3 bedders with marina view, but still at decent prices.

Don’t really want sales to stagnate also, but don’t want them to raise prices yet still have units to choose…
