3k psf is very reasonable. Compare with midtown bay and South Beach : I see 3.5k psf being the norm when TOP.

look at Martin modern already 2.9-3kpsf.

Finding 🥕 to buy from u at 3.5kpsf after TOP I’m not so sure. But for sure, there’s more than at least 10 bros here waiting to buy from u at fire sales after TOP :o

I like the optimism la. I’m also quietly confident the good units can reach 3.5k psf in due course, but at TOP, not so sure lol. Best project in the universe afterall

it's all about the pricing isn't it? if penrose is launched at 500 psf in 2021, then it's definitely much much better than CHP, doesn't matter the location nor the finishing :crazy:
