If anyone's interested, I'm selling a BRAND NEW S120. I actually just picked up my S120 today (Dec 30) as part of Canon's trade-in program. My S95 had died from salt corrosion. I decided on the Sony RX-100MkII as my new replacement, so I was going to give the S120 to my girlfriend as a Christmas present, but she's sticking to her S95 because she has an underwater housing for it.

Spec to Spec s120 appears to be better, but G16 is priced higher? Why would that be that case.

G16 can do more, especially zooming-in under low-light conditions (that's y needs to pay more). but the downside is the size.

S100 and S110 uses NB-5L battery, while S120 uses NB-6L.
