the point given is not instant in my case. It took like 3-5 working days for using physical card. My Apple Pay transaction (with UOB card) was not given points. Put up an appeal via their app and get the points awarded manually. So do keep your receipt for appeal if necessary

I spend via cdc vouchers at cold storage also can't clock points. Not sure why they make it so difficult. They should still allow scanning for those using vouchers etc.

I used my cap star linked posb everyday at Bugis+ for a $25 txn via Apple Pay on Friday n the cap star has not been credited. Did u use the physical card to pay? Wonder it is normal that I did not get the points instantly like ur case.
I read somewhere that only uob mastercard via Apple or Samsung pay will not get cap star even with the card linked in the app. However no mention of other bank cards.

Previous promo you can use eVoucher to pay, as long as total is >=$20 per transaction, and total >=$50 in a day at the same mall, they give $5 eVoucher ...... can achieve by eating at a restaurant and buy some stuff/books .....

Now is pay >=$50 in one transaction using Mastercard give $5 eVoucher ...... a bit more difficult to achieve .....

Do I have to link to the CapitaStar App from both my DBS paylah AND my DBS credit card, to get the points? I had linked my DBS credit card to my CapitaStar App (only) in the morning, and used the same card that afternoon, but it's been a week and the points have not been credited.

just need to link paylah to capitastar app (recommended to free the 2 mastercard slots for other cards). Think link dbs card should work also.

u can chat with Casey in the app and submit the appeal (with your receipt). They will review and credit the points to you.

Very likely it’s the payment terminal not recognising the linked card

24 hours after payment, STAR$ still not come in .....

OK, made transaction in the afternoon of 02Aug, received STAR$ at 4am of 04Aug .....

Already submitted a case via Casey and also called them. The CSO acknowledged that there were some teething issues and as a result many din get their points from linked Mastercards. There were many backlogs and my appeal was still in the queue. Asked me to be patient to wait till they cleared the backlog wor.
