Should post this in BOC family card thread. Issue seems to be with BOC family card. My other online transactions using BOC family card are not going through as well.

Ya, BOC called to update and was "threatened" to spend the remaining shortfall on the same day, if not, they won't appeal for the cash rebate due to the timeline

Hi, anyone face on this issue? Since i use Maybank F&F via cardup to pay the rental. Since i know this amount not included the category, but still eligible for minimum spend and earn 0.3%. Due to this i also have to test and call to the center to confirm with it, some more continued to get the rewards in few months, but during last months suddenly without notice to waiver the rewards and not eligible for minimum spend. But i refer to tge Team and conditions, not mentioning for it and the cardup mcc also no excluded the rewards.

Hi. New to cardup. Can I check if anyone has paid your kid's NUS tuition fees via card up? Is there any documents that I need to provide to cardup?

Hi, has anyone set up payment for mortgage successfully? Have a few questions to ask

1. How long does cardup take to review the application
2. Other than the document from bank indicating loan amount and the account used to service the loan, what other documents are needed?
3. For those who are serving part of the mortgage by cpf, how does cardup verify this information such that the cash portion is indeed what we have indicated during application
4. What to do if there is change of interest rates or when we adjust the cpf amount
5. Can I pay mortgage not under my name (2nd pty under wife's name)?

Thanks!

Anyone used cardup to pay for stamp duty (Around 65k ?) Can share pros and cons ?

If you want the miles and willing to pay the fees for it then go for it. If you don't collect miles then don't use it. No pros and cons, it depends on what is your credit card/miles strategy.
