I know insurance matters very well.Partial, its a benefit. But the main coverage upgrade is either 2 or 3. I duno if u get what i mean
Its ok. Nvm. U dont get what i mean. Is 1adl benefit part of 2 adl upgrade?I know insurance matters very well.
I am merely pointing out its technically not correct to say the current careshield life supplement plans cater for 2 or 3 ADLs only.
The current GE careshield life supplement provides 50% payout for 1 ADL and 100% for 2 or more ADLs.
Different people have different way of doing comparison. Its ok. Nvm. U dont get what i mean. Is 1adl benefit part of 2 adl upgrade?
I also know insurance well too bro, and i know u know insurance well too.
But the main upgrade is 2 or 3 adl which is what u should discuss on.
Discuss 1 and 2 adl under the same upgrade option which the main is 2 adls upgrade, what is the purpose?
then no need discuss ma, since its both under the upgrade of 2adls for GE. We compare if its 2 different plan or 2 different upgrade or 2 differences.
why not look at both? even aviva and see what's best for you? Can compare right?Got call from NTUC on this Careshield Life. Should i go with him or check with my current GE agent?

uhuh then find another one?I already have several insurance but this "Careshield" is something i don't have at the moment.
This gahmen so headache come up with so many different schemes , also low key dissapointed my current GE agent didn't brief me on this careshield.
uhuh then find another one?
Not exactly.so in layman's term
this careshield is Mandatory
And there's 3 provider - GE , AVIVA & NTUC
am i right ?
Not exactly.
Careshield is mandatory for people of a certain age and above.
Careshield LIFE Supplement is optional. and is offered by GE, Aviva, NTUC. it's like if you want to add to the benefit provided by Careshield
the mandatory portion can be paid via CPF MA.. the supplement portion, you can use up to $600 of your MA per year, any excess premium will be in cash. All via CPF ?
Which one is your favourite ?
Cs life is compulsory as long after 30yo, only for Sg and PrAll via CPF ?
Which one is your favourite ?
There is no agent that can present all 3. Ge only have it to themself. FA can present both ntuc and aviva, but myself lean towards aviva, firstly is their cheaper in premium, other than that is not much difference.the mandatory portion can be paid via CPF MA.. the supplement portion, you can use up to $600 of your MA per year, any excess premium will be in cash.
My fav is not important, because i have different consideration to yours. Your best bet is to look for an agent who can present you the 3 different options and then you assess for yourself.
they cannot represent all 3 cause of GE, but that doesn't mean they can get the info and premium quote for GE to present all 3There is no agent that can present all 3. Ge only have it to themself. You have mentioned Aviva premiums are cheaper but is it fixed premium or it will be like health shield where premiums can increase? Thank you. There is no agent that can present all 3. Its not the same as health shield. Premium will be fixYou have mentioned Aviva premiums are cheaper but is it fixed premium or it will be like health shield where premiums can increase? Thank you.
Cant compare apple to apple as got minor differences between benefits across the 3 companiesYou have mentioned Aviva premiums are cheaper but is it fixed premium or it will be like health shield where premiums can increase? Thank you.
Definitely else why the question being askwhen applying careshield life supplment with GE, it seems they don't ask a lot of questions regarding underlying medical conditions where u need to fill in many forms. instead a few key questions like the following
Do you suffer from, or have you been treated for, or advised by any medical practitioner to seek medical attention for the following conditions:
would it be a problem one day if you need to claim because u didn't have to make declaration of your chronic problem like cholestrol, hbp ?
- Cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, spinal conditions
- Stroke, depression, nervous breakdown, paralysis
- Kidney diseases, liver diseases, lung diseases, arthritis
- Dementia, alzheimer's disease, parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and motor neurone disease
