Btw, the 4D3N free stay in investor's suites will start from Jun 16. Can only book 1 month in advance prior to departure date. Air-tic and airport transfer at own expense but there are other perks while staying during the period. Checkout the T&Cs by logging in. I will probably go with my family in Nov/Dec period.

Why exit...2nd payout coming in Apr after their audit of accounts....for 3-4 months of operations. I am staying till 2020. I do not of another case also having problem but I believe this can be trashed out with their mgmt. They still stated "short term exit 2016" in their site.

Interesting to see people test the words of what the company stated. If early exit isn't possible, don't put it up.
It's like those courses which states money-back guaranteed if not satisfy with the course, I'm interested to hear of anyone who actually did ask for a refund and got back the full sum.
People will be much more confident when things are done as advertised.

BTW, some sales rep from CWG called me today asking me to join their Ambassador Program. In a nutshell, I would get a referral fee of $6k if I successfully refer someone to invest with them. They said that the investment would be in a 5 star hotel in Laguna, Phuket, which is already fully operational.

BTW, some sales rep from CWG called me today asking me to join their Ambassador Program. In a nutshell, I would get a referral fee of $6k if I successfully refer someone to invest with them. I am waiting for them to provide me details of the investment that the referred has to make, since the original Phuket investment is already closed.

For those who had invested with variable returns. There will not be any 2nd payout meaning return is nil. I have been trying to contact castlewood since Jan 16 this year and they keep asking me to wait for another 2 weeks. Whenever, I called them and said I want to go down to their office, they will said my sales representative is either busy or overseas and ask me wait for another 2 weeks again and again.

It was only I managed to talk to this angmo (head of compliance) after much questioning, he said that I will not be getting any returns cos the company is not making any money in 2015.

upon hearing this, I said I want to exit as there is a clause in the contract that I can exit early. He said that it was too late as my exit plan is only in March 16.

No returns no exit option. Me and my husband started to get very worried about our investments.

Not to mention about the free hotel stay. When we tried to book in Jan 16, the portal prompt a message saying that the bookings is full.

We really don't know what we can do at this moment. Can anyone help us? Give us any legal advice?

Sorry, may I know what's the problem here? Listed in MAS Alert List simply stated that the company is not regulated by MAS, nothing beyond saying that it's a scam. So stop spreading false info. Investors already know it's not regulated from day one...so this is not news at all. My God, so free these people.

Good luck to those who put money into this. Very aggressive marketing + promises of extremely high ROI are already red flags. I already had my doubts about Castlewoods from day 1.

There are already some angry reviews on their FB page. They are probably deleting negative comments from their FB posts.

not to sound too pessimistic but. Finish. game over. Bo liao. Ha bes. Mati.

Maybe you want to band together with others and file a class action suit. Than go to the various news papers and tell them your storey. For better effect go to MAS office entrance hold big big cards cry mother cry father. That's what they do in china and hk. lol.

But than again I guess the answer will be "I told you so".

If these guys are smart enough the money would have gone through 10 different shell companies in 10 different jurisdictions already. good luck....

Actually, if the company doesn't honor the "exit plan" in the contract, can you use legal means to force the company to give you your money back? If so, you better do it asap before the entire company folds up.

Best way now is to engage a good laywer dun waste time thinking what to be done. suggest you try to gather a few investors and share a laywer to grab whatever is left before the office is not open.
