can't wait to go visit again to reassure myself. this is one of my biggest investment and i certainly hope its no scam. my 2nd payout should be in feb as told to me by the agent. i opted for the variable.

I did not throw my investments on them since they are throwing alot of money on F1 and rental of porsche etc .. All big money i reckon from investors on these hype events ...

The land deeds show to me, looks dubious thats why i never enter.

Congrats if this is true investment ..

The brazil property thing is also paying out payouts for several quarters b4 it crashes ..

but some scams will give out a few dividends so as to pull more people in.

but usually, if you are the first few in, you will not suffer too much losses even if it is a scam because you would have received a few handsome payouts.

Hi, has anyone invested in their projects? They approached me in 2014 when they are marketing Nikki with exit plan this year 2016. Any updates from existing investors?

Anyone who used to work for Castlewood Group before? What are the fine prints I need to be aware of? The sales team did not pass me the legal contract to preview. The whole sales procedure is very segmented. From presentation to viewing to legal are different people. It's very different from the usual show flats I went to for developers. I wonder if I need to be aware of this as it seems no sales person is entirely responsible to me about the selling unlike a normal transacted one with property developers. We had to go through CEHA registered property agents and they are liable for misrepresentation.

Why exit...2nd payout coming in Apr after their audit of accounts....for 3-4 months of operations. I am staying till 2020. I do not of another case also having problem but I believe this can be trashed out with their mgmt. They still stated "short term exit 2016" in their site.
