i completed with soh from NTUC! he will threaten and shame you in class.
Do not waste your time on him. he give test and dont go thru at all, always mark them wrongly which create confusion.
i cant even answer simple questions from exam dump after completing the course. wasted time and money.....

Maybe he is new tutor to this course.
he went thru the slides so fastx10 to confuse you so u dun have questions for him.....maybe he don't understand what his teaching.

Cant convince you, confuse you........

to be honest is best you learn it yourself at your own pace...
I just completed CCNA Security on my own....
took about 3 months would have completed it like 1 - 1.5 if i did it more rigorously

got me some lab equipment as well

strawberry asia is a rip off

they haunt you to pay full... especially in cash.

once that is done, you can forget about all sort of decent customer service from anyone there.

Even worse, During the classes, materials/notes and topics are withheld.

After your classes are over, their marketing will call you to sell their revision classes that will cover those materials.

their CCNA costs usually 1k+, and now they selling it at nearly 2.2k with free iphone 5C - they full of gimmicks and hidden tricks.

CCNA is not too easy and not too hard. If you think you can pass it by yourself, just do a self study. The only thing is, it takes time and effort to discipline yourself to study every night. However if you enroll in a training center, instructor will push you to study hard and motivate you more. If the instructor is experienced, then an industry example or real life troubleshooting scenarios will be given during the class. So you must be sure whether you need to spend or save your money. It's up to you which training center you go as long as you have a clear objective to pass exam and learn new things in networking.

1) Not sure if you mean taking a course or just the exam. If I am to assume you are trying to book the exam yourself, there is only 1 place to book, which is via Pearson Vue testing facility. Computer-Based Testing Provider for Certification and Licensure Exams :: Pearson VUE

2) I used to use CBT Nuggets video by Jeremy Cioara, he fends off the dryness of topics quite well. I also used Cisco Press CCNA certification guide by Wendell Odom.

Most importantly, try to get your hands on some practical experience because making mistakes and trying out crazy setups improves the learning process by leaps and bounds.

You might want to consider getting CCNP after your CCNA. After they did a revision to the curriculum, alot of CCNP topics are being bought down to CCNA. Is not as easy anymore. But you will still get the hang of it if you have abit of knowledge and interested in Networking.

But if you can pass this CCNA you will have a easy time breezing pass CCNP before CCNP gets a revision.
