Anyone has bought Fanco DC fan (B-star / Delgala)?
As currently when I switch on the fan, there will be a constant high-pitched 'eeeee' sound coming out. I've gotten 5 Fanco fans but all facing this sound issue.

Have asked the Fanco technicians to come down and check but told me is 'normal' to have that sound because of the DC motor?

Anyone face similar issue or anyway to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Got this model for all the rooms and living room.

Its panasonic, but KDK has exactly the same model as well.

Pretty! May get it for my parents' bedroom if they want one.

Able to share the electrician's contact, please?

Dont think is normal. May be you should try it at their show room, if needed, use lemon law to claim if they cannot repair or replace it.

Can anyone recommend a suitable outdoor ceiling fan for balcony?

I was looking at KDK's U48FP, but not really sure if it's suitable for outdoors.

Does the noise happen only at a certain fan speed?

Had the Fanco F-star 36" installed at my parents' place earlier this week. So far, so good.

DId you manage to download the app to control the fan?
If yes, how did you do it?
The app is region locked, can't download in Sg by default. But if using Android can extract the apk file from the playstore link and download from there. For ios, I think only way is to change region to M'sia.
