I'm looking for a second ceiling fan for my living room to replace a standalone ceiling light.

Am looking between Fanco and Mistral (Mayer) . I wanted one with dimmable tri colour light, 3 blades. I had one smaller Mistral Solar 36" in my kitchen, which I find good.

Now I intend to use my remaining Climate voucher to offset the purchase. Thinking to get one with dimmable light, if possible smart (smartlife app). Just now I checked out a shop selling fanco, they have smart, but does not have dimmable light.

Do you guys have a recommendations in $200 to $300 range, smart, dimmable light and can use climate voucher? Thank you

I installed 2 bestar razor for the bedrooms, $198 each only.

6 speed, Tri colour, dimmable and smart.

But i don't think the design is nice, just normal, and the light do have the flickering effect on ceiling.

I didn't use climate voucher so i not too sure.

How many blades and how much
get the 3 blades, locally is almost 1k with wifi. Malaysia is half price. do take note aeratron like the other user said is not a big wind fan, same as haiku it has a larger spread instead go try it in store before deciding

Just replaced my old Amasco Trinity 56” with a Bestar Vito 5 52”.

Amasco fan was rattling and company also close down liao.

Honestly cannot recommend the Vito 5. Price is higher than the rest and the fan while the fastest and possibly strongest is noisy. Also the motor came slightly crooked out of factory which they took two weeks to replace.

Was hoping the noise is cause of the crooked motor but it seems the fan blade design itself is the issue. Pitchy sound from the blades, like cutting the air versus other fans which have a lower tone. Speed 3 onwards noticeable already.

Should have gone with Mowe Kronos 56” which I have in another room, much quieter (on par with a KDK I have as well), though it’s a bigger fan with weaker motor so even on speed 6 cannot fight the Vito 5. $80 cheaper at AH as well.

I’d still pick quiet over speed though. Wind from the Kronos is good enough at 4/5 speed.

Agree but 2 blade one get from sg, coz Malaysia side don't have the S model which has bigger and wider spread. Just get electrician to install not difficult job. I even know the haiku installer which does freelance.

Why kitchen need ceiling fan

Wok hey food very hot. Need ceiling fan.
Yes. It is hot, our kitchen and dining room is the same. So most of the times, we eat breakfast/ lunch / coffee tea break / dinner all in the kitchen.

Afternoon to evening, the sun is directly shinning into the kitchen. It became an oven. So ya, installed the ceiling fan 36" last year.
