Only one yr?any 1 use the prism ceiling fan for more than 1 years le?

That fan is no more than one year rightOnly one yr?
The remote control spoiled then you throw away the whole fan ?Bought 2 Bestar 3 years ago.
1 died about 6 months ago.
Another just died last week.
Recommendation is to avoid it... cheap but hassle to replace. In both cases, the remote control component in the fan died, repair + labour cost is hefty and almost can buy new fan..
its the receiver unit in the fan bro. like I said remote control thing in the fan. if remote itself spoil, throw the fan quite stupid right. The remote control spoiled then you throw away the whole fan ?
Can try to replace yourself.
DC remote control is <$20.
Or hire handyman from Carousell is <$80.
Yes so change the receiver. Its cheap.its the receiver unit in the fan bro. like I said remote control thing in the fan. if remote itself spoil, throw the fan quite stupid right.

The motor is supposed to last longer.
But the remote can spoil earlier. This is quite common for any ceiling fans. Depends on your luck also.
Yah lor I thought the fan will chibaboom or disintegrate like you claimed with cheap ceiling fans.No matter what you share, Mecisteus will say no problem. Bestar is no1

i installed a 60 inch haiku L fan on my car porch and a 52 inch I fan in the patio. Pretty but not really useful though - i hardly turned it on. Fancy spending 5k for 2 fans for no valid reason. Suggest you just go for cheaper options.Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for outdoor ceiling fans? e.g. for car porches and patios.
google search turns up outdoor ceiling fans from haiku but they’re rather expensive.
Speaking of which, any haiku fan owners here? any opinions on your haiku fans?
Can help me?Yes so change the receiver. Its cheap.

One remote control already $150.Yah lor I thought the fan will chibaboom or disintegrate like you claimed with cheap ceiling fans.
Remote controls faulty are quite common issues. My old Elmark and Fanco fans also had receiver issues.
Can die earlier if ac incoming is not clean. Also depends on frequency of usage ie heat.
