better dun pull out the screw! just leave it and drive slowly to tire shop to repair, pullout will cause the tyre immediate inflate, some more, the foreman need to know the angle of penetration of the screw when they mend..

Don't skimp on tires if possible. Many factors to consider like, breaking in wet/dry, grip when cornering, road noise, drag, durability and comfort.

If you buy cheap but the drag caused you to have lousy mpg then the money you've spent on gas could have been spent on better tires.

If all you care about is saving money, then a cheap tire is better "value." but those cheap tires could mean you are one day unable to avoid an accident that could have been avoided with better tires.

tio sidewall cannot mend.. even near side walll also cannot mend, air will eventully leak abit abit...but last time heard people said if lucky you can find some shop provide mending from inner wall of tire, they use hot stamping of a melting rubber method to mend any wound... another option is put inner tube loh..
