Cheapest? Probably the Intel 660P when on sale

The random read/write numbers seem a little off. Should be better since you are running Raid0.
For comparison, single SX8200 Pro
Definitely kinda off, my single WD SN750 500gb random read actually perform better except for RND4K Q1T1 write. Understand 1TB/2TB version should have better performance.
Actually for gaming rig why need to run raid 0 unless there is a need to move large files frequently, in most case, single nvme speed is good enough.
The max transfer speed of 4x PCI-E 3.0 is 3840MB/s. The total number of PCI-E lanes from a CPU is limited, and the system and chipset will resort to sharing.
I see, so somehow it impact the random read/write but not the Seq one as they looks fine to me...
