I want bang head liao... I'd called sgshop, they haven't purchased my tablet due to 1212 promo in Taobao. Too much orders for them to clear. The guy said he'll pushed for my orders to be done.

I'm been talking about SN10T2 in a few forums, I hope they don't get sold out (unlikely) b4 sgshop buy for me >.<

edit: Really no stock when sgshop try purchase... sigh~ should had went with other agent >.<

lol ya it's heavy. But it's only about S$200 shipped:D

English speaking forum you'll have much lesser luck to find support as this tablet are cleared at low prices in China and HK (think Taiwan also).

Anyway, I'd posted it not really for tablets owner like u or me. But for those who just want a cheap 10.1" Android option. Especially for those who's not demanding and just want a basic Android tablet.

The touchpad would had been best at US$99, but not everyone is lucky to get at price. I'd search a long time for a good value for money under S$250 shipped 10" tablet. This is so far the best I'd find at this price range.

IIRC, months, this price you can only maybe get a VIA8650 10" resistive screen tablet.

Anyway, if you want a more fancy 10" China tablet. Teclast A10 (not allwinner a10, just a model) 9.7" IPS (LG confirm) RK2918 is reported to have a price drop next week to 999 RMB^^
many had judgement tat it would b as gd as ipad2...n it worries me. The less tech guy shd take ipad, mo tech, android, v tech, china tab....

Here's the 999 RMB RK2918 8GB 1GB 9.7" IPS 5V/2A 6000mah single cell, Teclast A10 tablet.

Teclast A10 RK2918 tablet test - YouTube

Thinking of getting this or the Teclast P81HD 8" 4:3 at 699 RMB to replaced the out of stock Hannspree SN10T2:s27:

Waiting for sgshop to refund the money for the SN10T2 which they failed to get due to their slow purchasing speed GRRRrrrr. I ordered 12th Dec around 1am, then morning about 10am they confirm my payment.

Nothing was done till I called them on 13th Dec around 11am to ask about the status. They say they are packed with orders due to Taobao 1212 promo, but will push. 3pm I checked, the status is OUT OF STOCK. Called them about my disappoint, they say they'll double confirm again. Till now no news.

Looks like have to find another better agent liao:(

It have started. The 10'' tablet war :D

More like 9.7" IPS tablet war. Momo11 will be RK2918 16GB 1GB 9.7" IPS also 999 RMB.

edit: It actually came earlier than expected. Cos only last month people started saying 9.7" IPS screen cost price dropped to 300RMB or less.

It'll be interesting to see how U9GT2 and N90 reacts.

There's also to be released A10 chipset 9.7" like Onda Vi40, SXSE S11, Bomorn V10.

For those who are keen to get a 9.7" IPS screen China tablet, here's a comparisons of which is using a LG IPS screen Teclast A10 & Cube U9GT2 (Window N90 same screen).

ÄѵÀÖ»ÓÐ̨µç9.7´çIPSƽ°å²ÅÊÇÕæÕýΨһµÄLGÔ×°ÆÁÄ»£¿£¨ÓÐͼÓÐÕæÏ࣬»¹ÓÐU9GT2²ð»úͼ - ¹ú²ú7~10´çƽ°åMID - iMP3ËæÉíÓ°Òô -

IIRC, technically U9GT2 & N90 manufacturers, never really claim their panel is by LG. It was the retailers who had been telling their customer that it's LG.

For those who aren't aware, LG IPS panels are used on Ipad. That's why tablet companies used this as an advertising point.

Not sure if LG IPS panels are indeed better than non LG ones. This seems like a damn good marketing strategy to differentiate Teclast from the rest. However, the main selling point to me is still the provision of a HDMI out.

My U9GT2 IPS screen is really good. I'm not sure how much better the LG one can get.

Last compare shots, U9GT2 IPS compare with Ipad screen is better. But compare with Ipad2, it's still not as good.

So the real question is which LG screen did A10 use.:s13: But comparing 999 RMB product with 1499/1399 RMB product a bit unfair lah (499RMB can buy a nice 7" tablet)=:p It's like comparing Ipad2/SGT10.1 with U9GT2/N90.

Personally I was all in for U9GT2 2 months ago, but the price kept me a hand-length away. Then all the 1st & 2nd batch review made me uncomfortable. N90 came, I was also not that impressed, especially near year end still want 1499 RMB.

Teclast A10 impressed me with it's price and LG panel used. Finally 9.7" IPS tablet breaks the 1000 RMB mark. It sets a standard for other future 9.7" tablets price. It came earlier than I'd expected. I was thinking maybe 1299 RMB then drop 1099 RMB then 999 RMB.

Not say unbrand IPS screen not good. Sometime it's better than branded ones. But a branded name does add points to it's value.

The price is definitely the main selling point, followed by HDMI out. Heh. The only difference is it only has 8GB vs 16GB storage. But this is not really a big issue. Price is.

I might get this just for the HDMI out. Heh.

U9GT2 has HDMI, right? I always remember it as so. Ya 8GB and 16GB difference is S$60-90, I don't think it's worth:s13:

BTW I posted a Teclast A10 tablet testing video earlier, what's your impression of it compare with U9GT2 screen? I'm a little put off by the slightly sticky swaps on the launcher=:p

I have high hopes that 9.7" allwinner A10 tablets will be 999-1299RMB :)

U9GT2 doesn't have HDMI! I was "conned"! Some sites stated "yes" while some "no". Sad.

Hard to tell screen quality from video. Must see it in real life. What's sticky swaps? Do you mean laggy swipes?

The AllWinner A10 tablets seem to take forever... but honestly, the Teclast A10 seems to be a good deal. Saw a good deal here. RK2918 is not liquid smooth for 1024x768 but usable la.

ya typo swipes not swap lol It's a bit like there's missing frame rate lol

A few are arguing (not sure if they are retailers) that the screen is not as good as N90/U9GT2. But 999 vs 1399, I think 999 wins. Just need know how the real battery life and wifi is.:D

Oh ya there someone who complained about that online shop you linked in Novo7A slatedroid. They aren't very honest^^; Anyway I confirm get from China cos sgshop refund me into their account. So die die need use lol

lol I must be getting old >.< I was too caught up with being pissed with 360buy OOS and sgshop delay. Then sidetrack by Teclast A10, that I forgot Taobao may have sellers for Hannspree SN10T2 at 799 RMB.

True enough found a 1xcrown Shanghai seller.:D 798 with EMS shipping.

Just placed order for it with sgshop. See how long they need to help me purchase.

What's the total price you have to pay? Including agent fee and shipping fee.

Should be S$201 self-collect bah, cos haven't add in their international shipping, which I estimate to be 1.5kg.
