Any 7500 - 8000 tablet to recommend?

Seems like momo11 will support 4.0 but I didn't find the firmware download on the official site at all. My friend coming back from china on the 7th, I guess it will be too late to get the Vi40E... may have to resort to momo... First android table to play with....

I think U9GT2 is at 1299 RMB now on Taobao, it's 8000mAh, but no HDMI. Do make sure u check carefully.

Why not Teclast A10? Momo11 u buy make sure u buy early so u have enough time to refund or exchange^^;

A10 is out of stock everywhere i think...

Teclast A10 has jus increased their price tag to 1299 for 360buy. Not sure for tabao.. maybe increased too.

Understood from my china counterpart that it is still not delivered yet.. I have to be patient and wait..haha.

After much consideration, decided to get the TEN2 instead. Been pretty happy with the quality of their PMP which i bought 3 years ago and it is still going strong....At the price point og 999, i think ten2 will not disappoint...

SmartQ been making tablet even before ipad came out^^; But you better make sure u don't want to play big memory games or no need HDMI or camera. Also there won't be ICS 4.0 upgrade. It's more for people who just want a stable tablet for everyday stuffs

Also good luck getting it cause factory no more stock, new stock will be Ten2-plus (with camera). Don't know if the IPS will be of poorer quality or not^^;

Any recommendations in the 200 pricing range at SLS? Care to share tips on how to select one that can fit my requirements?

SmartQ Ten3 pre-order price range from 998-1699 RMB on Taobao. SmartQ had yet commented on this. But if it's really 998 RMB, then will get this liao. Same dual core chipset as kindle fire but bigger screen

Here's a Tmall seller with Ten3 pre-order price of 998 RMB Even has specs and photos of Ten3 (Hope it's real cos it looks kinda cool)

I think I should be able to live with the camera and HDMI output, main purpose of the table is to surf net, reading, email and maybe occasional mediaplayer use.

Without ICS4.0 support is though......

Ordered TenQ yesterday night, should be on the way soon.. will do a mini review when i get hold of it

Get the moto zoom for S$499. Cheapest in the market with v good specs. Android 3.2, and its upgradable to ICS soon. Let u play until song song

Vi40E should be out soon..there is a massive publicity for their other model, Onda VX610W & Onda Vi30W Deluxe.

Taobao sellers already put it'll be out 15 days later from X'mas. Yesterday some changed it to have limited stock by 13th Jan.

If really Ten3 or other dual cores 9.7" IPS starts to sell around 1299 RMB, then Vi40E sales will suffer. Or if someone open up Vi40E and found out inside to be as messy/empty as A10/Momo11, Vi40E may not sell well also.

Onda VX610W deluxe and Vi30W deluxe price drop promo or publicity had already taken place end Nov in China. The International reseller just adjusting the price as promo.

VX610W-D price dropped to 499 RMB was due to Teclast P76ti (1 week later IIRC). Vi30W-D price dropped was due to Vi30-D (prices was too close).
