Cheapest Android Tablet option

just need a basic, no frills, cheap 7 inch tablet to browse with at least decent battery life, decent processing power to play 3d games with minimal lag and with android market pre-installed. No rooting, flashing, user customisation.

how's the warranty covered if order thru taobao?

3D on this device looks 'slow'...basic games r ok..even gameloft games, shadowgun etc 'feels' slow as compare to dual or quad core

Google. Don't buy a China tablet if u expect everything to be lay out on you. Do your own research and read up.

I didn't get much answers when I was looking for my 1st China tablet back in Aug last year. No one really mentioned IMP3 then and some nice bros pointed me to slatedroid. I did a lot of read-ups before I finally bought Novo7A in Oct. No regrets I still love my Novo7A.

u can't even read the specs correctly. Hyundai A7 can only be compared with G3 NOT G2. Rom storage can be aided with micro-sd, but no way u can add ram unless u open up the tablet Think of support too when u buy China tablet. If u buy blindly and ends up cursing, it'll only be your own fault.

The rest of the questions u look it up yourself.

yes...if u want to be spoon fed, China tablet is out.
It is a "Hi risk" task.

Needs to read and see if support is available.
A vivid Android lover else, will feel that Android sucks.

n7a is a value for & device..(as long as in GB)
It can play movies (mp4) in 2160 while my hi end device still at 720p!!!!!!!!!
3D games do looks "slow" but..at <S200, where to find.

Hi guys! I'm looking to buy a 9.7" tablet. I'm seeking some advise from you guys here, the experts! haha

My budget will be < $250 SGD and my usage will be mainly some internet browsing and playback of hd video to my tv.

A particular tablet caught my attention from the last few pages of this thread. It's the Teclast a10t.

Reasons i like this tablet is:

• Simple minimalistic design
  
• LG ips screen? not sure bout other brands but this got specify it's made from lg, at least this gave me a better peace of mind.
  
• Build in hdmi
  
• Allwinner A10 soc? Not sure how good is this for the cpu part, from reading here seems not bad. But i'm in favor of the mali gpu, as i'm using it on my phone (galaxy s2) so far so good, can play a lot of hd videos directly.
  
• ICS support
  
• 1GB Ram
  
• A well known/reliable china brand? So build quality shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I would like to check if there's a better tablet out there with better bang of buck/performance then teclast a10t within my budget??

G9 is good but IMHO not worth the money.

Guess I won't get the G3 I ordered, just made a cancellation.

I ordered via sgshop last week, and estimate today will get. Since no update yesterday, I wrote a pm to sgshop. They replied today that the seller only MAY have stock on 20th March. They also said during order they had checked with seller that there's ready stock, apparently now, there isn't.

Being annoyed I just canceled. By 20th (then have to wait 3-5days to reach me) maybe RK30xx maybe out liao

So there'll be no G3 review from me liao -_-

No sure if anyone remember the fake 32GB Kingston sdcard (<S$15 with agent shipping) I mentioned ordering 3 weeks ago. Anyway i went and collect it today, and so far I think it's slower but it seems to work.

A full format with the free micro-sd reader takes about 2+hrs. Capacity indicate it's about 31GB. Writing a near 1GB file takes around 15mins I think.

Tested runing a few HD anime (720p) vids briefly, seems to run well. Trying to pack about 30GB now and see if it really can hold 30+GB. Will likely update tomorrow on how well it works.

Wah!!! Record time for formatting yeah!!!! But if you only need to do it once and it runs ok, why not?! so cheap! Have you tried another branded micro-SD card adaptor? Might be faster though... I never format my Kingston leh...

Teclast A10T is at 1099RMB... & should be v badly out of stock.
Waiting for a while...might give up and look for other devices..

I am eyeing Gemei G9. Like the specs, and the review is impressive. The only question I have is the battery life. It stated 8-10hrs but no mention of the hrs for wife and video
