There no company is prefer. Even big company like samsung, apple, singtel, Asus, Canon and others do have issue. When you call in for qns, eg: either they turn one big round telling all sorts of ans or they provide wrong information or answered but very superficial w/out much closure. All these soft skill require training and experience over the years. it not that easy to train a person to have all the knowledge as the technology keep on changing. If they have answered but very superficial, at least they have tried to provide true information rather by giving wrong information.
To me since 1st time purchase from them, have no issue until now. Excellent service, they do some pretty extensive explanation details. (bro who have order from them, they know them well)
