Yes, it is the second largest holding in CFA.. I think buying reits better focus on those with high Spore allocation .. Those reit managers who tried their luck overseas most likely to fail.. example mpl3

Link Reit also owns or operates the legendary Jurong Point, only worthy mall in Ang Mo Kio which is AMK Hub, and one of the biggest tuition/enrichment centres in Singapore

Of course must watch then can qualify if good or not good ma.

If say no good but never watch, thats baseless accusations

Every month, I RSP 2800, 2801, 3010, and 3110 in FSMOne which unfortunately doesn't report YTD XIRR.

But looking at the Google finance chart (dividends excluded), I see that the return could be about 30%. However it looks pretty suspicious that all 4 ETFs return converged at the end of the year. Some sort of window dressing?
