What i meant was this tablet is made by a singaporeans but of course the production is in china... Thats why it says shenzen? Umm can the owner of this pad come clarify?

DreamPad II is assembled locally, while parts, casing, mainboard are make in china... procoessor is korea brand, wifi chip taiwan or us brand, cannot remember...

performance wise, will be good if user know what they plan to use it for, then popby and play lor....

anyone here knows where to buy the ainol novo8? currently they have two types the old version which has the 1800mah x 2 and the new one which is 1900 x 2 mah (which gives 1-2 hours more battery life than the older version). the latest official firmware is out you could check it here http://www.chinadigitalcomm.com/ain...l-firmwre-0726-for-foreigner-user-t10669.html. Here are the other tablet i am looking at renesas/rena3 (a9 dual core), teclast t760 (Rockchip), wits a91 (cortex a8) and sensev7 (telechips) all of which have capacitive screen.

The bros here said Novo8 can be found at IMM gameshop outside giant for $259, don't know if it's new or old version.

The sets you looking at all higher screen resolution want.

Those who are interested in Rena3, it is actually 5 points multi-touch (based on China model), the main model in China is 海纳M9.

wopad 2 (or i7) on merimobile seems cheap @ US$180 1GHz and 5-points capcitive, too bad no gps and the tablet too much excess border...

edit: other rena3 on aliexpress seems to claim only 2-points...

it is is WM8505...a very old model.
Not too sure $ u paid for it.

It is not very support for custom rom.

i guess the budget first...if u wanted 10.1 and yet <S$300, there is one at Suntec #02-006B, Sim Lim Sq #05-61...not as good as Dreampad...

saw this Aocos N19 9.7" ips display (capacitive), 1ghz cortex a8, 3000mah battery, 2.3 gingerbread, dual camera, hmdi out, otg for 260usd. Another one would be the Corepad Z9 8" capacitive, 1ghz rockchip, 4500mah battery, hdmi out, otg, dual camera for 240usd. Cannot find any decent review for the Aocos n19 seems very ok for basic usage and ips screen will give better display.

Maybe it's a new tablet or most likely an OEM. Maybe you can try search based on the chip TCC8803. Good luck Do share a review if you bought them
